		<description>They don&#039;t necessarily raise limits every year - in fact I don&#039;t believe there are any rules that dictacte how often limits can be raised in a particular area.  

Washington County (St. George area) has had their limits raised independent of the rest of Utah, and currently has the highest FHA limit in the whole state at $243,526.  Davis is at $200,160 currently.  Those are the figures for single family residences, but they go up to $384,936 for a four-plex.  

I imagine we&#039;ll see another adjustment if property values continue to rise on the Wasatch Front like they have in the past 18 months or so.</description>

		<description>I wish FHA mortgage limits would increase.  All of Davis County&#039;s property for new homes has gone up drastically.  Do they only raise these limits once a year?</description>
