Thanks for the tip - I didn't realize Este served meatball sandwiches. Love their pizza anyway but will have to try their meatballs now also.

Will also have to try Jerseys.

I found one better, try the cheesesteaks at Jerseys, the old iggy's. The meatball hoagies at Este are better than at moochies, their meatballs are the best

Hey Guys, I found you on MBL and was very inspired to start a blog too. It is my first attempt but you gave a clear explanation of the process and so I was already to get it up and running.

My website is: http://www.californiarefinanceloans.net

There will probably be very tough competition for the keywords but it should be fun. I need to start adding more links and should get a template to dress the site up.

They don't necessarily raise limits every year - in fact I don't believe there are any rules that dictacte how often limits can be raised in a particular area.

Washington County (St. George area) has had their limits raised independent of the rest of Utah, and currently has the highest FHA limit in the whole state at $243,526. Davis is at $200,160 currently. Those are the figures for single family residences, but they go up to $384,936 for a four-plex.

I imagine we'll see another adjustment if property values continue to rise on the Wasatch Front like they have in the past 18 months or so.

I wish FHA mortgage limits would increase. All of Davis County's property for new homes has gone up drastically. Do they only raise these limits once a year?
